Well I really didn't think it was ugly either, but , as goats go it was the most unattractive. It was fairly cool though. It was white with the blue stripes running from the rear of the roofline along the top of the doors and into the front fenders and it also had the louvered rear port windows with functional ram air in the hood. I seen several other types of configurations on the paint and options but none exactly like mine. The guy I bought it from had gotten it new and his brother had the same year model GTO but it was entirely different as far as the paint and the options. Two Goats ,same year ,but totally different. Both were the same white over blue.

I suppose that it being based on a Nova style platform, sort of took something away from the car, but I still think they were decent looking cars.

My friend's 73 has the 'Shaker' 'Hood Scoop.' Did yours?

The 74 was the Nova platform and incidently the last one until '03. Mine was the one that was shaped like a Torpedo in the rear which was 73,the only year for that body style GTO

You're right, my friend's is a 74 then, but I still don't think the 73 was all that bad looking, and if I have it right this time-Didn't the 73 have the all Endura Bumper on it?

Very nice, and the Car Domain Link work just fine, or you can use the IMG Link above each Post to embed the photos, like this
