They can be sealed in with U Gloss as well. Jerry said that these designs or logos are simply airbrushed onto a vinyl appliqué and are placed on the base coat and sealed in. He also mentioned that substances such as arts and crafts glitter can be sprinkled into the base coat and sealed in if you really want to add some bling to that floor! So, there you have it!
